A passion for cheese indeed, the French enjoy a lot of cheese. And more importantly, they are deeply connected to and proud of their cheese. In France we can find more than 350-400 cheese types, with many varieties of each type. Crumbly cheeses, hard cheeses, moldy and grayish or soft and squishy, and yes—even properly “stinky” types, but they are (almost) all delicious!
