The Château de Bruniquel is a castle in the French commune of Bruniquel. The castle is notable for a Renaissance-style gallery overhanging the valley offering spectacular views. Entering Bruniquel through one of the medieval gateways in the defensive walls, one follows steep cobbled paths passing medieval houses with twin-arched or mullioned windows, arched doors that are just some of the many features of this picturesque fortified village.
