A small farm road that runs through the famous vineyards leads to the Wine Capital of Burgundy - Beaune. The town is surrounded by some of the world's most famous wine villages that produce some of the greatest wines in the world. Known as the wine capital of Burgundy (Bourgogne in French), Beaune is situated in the Côte d’Or department in eastern France and is a can’t-miss for wine enthusiasts.
With a fascinating cultural heritage dating back to the Middle ages, Beaune has many sights remaining from the pre-Roman and Roman eras, through the medieval and renaissance periods.
