Description
The revered basilica of Saint Remi, is an abbey in Reims that dates back to the sixth century, and is one of the best examples of Romanesque religious architecture in Northern France. Since 1099 the relics of Saint Remi are kept here. Remi was the bishop of Reims who converted and baptized Clovis, King of the Franks, in 496.
